The project is a member of BREEAM Communities. 2020 Park has a potential of comprising 10 000 modern workspaces and close to 500 residences with shops, cafées and other services. Stage 1 is already completed. The sustainable objective is to be achieved through a superior plan, via the areas ideal location in relation to metropolitan transportation and focus on sustainable energy solutions. The detail zoning plan of the area comprises about 120 acres, where 90 acres are distributed onto area IK4, IK5 and IK6. Due to the size and area usage of the site, there will be required a public consequence review.
Alliance architects are to establish the program of the plan and consequence review in addition to a complete zone plan with an illustration project as well as following up the projects BREEAM Communities process.
